We offer Free shipping to all 50 states in the USA! Orders are filled one business day after they are placed. If your order weighs over a pound it will be upgraded to USPS priority mail free of charge!

Orders outside the US will be shipped with UPS. Buyers will have to pay a calculated shipping rate to cover costs. International buyers are responsible for all fees and duties incurred from shipment. International shipments are done at the buyers risk. We can not refund lost or stolen orders.

Returns & exchanges

There is a lot of variance with natural crystals. If you are not happy with what you received, we’re here to help! Please contact us within two weeks (14 days) of delivery and we do an exchange.

We can accept returns for any reason within two weeks (14 days) after tracking shows delivery. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. You will be fully refunded once we have the item(s) back in hand.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping.
